International Sales Administrator
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to support the coordination of international product development. This role is responsible for managing customer requirements and ensuring a smooth workflow from initial briefing through to final approval and print. Acting as a key liaison between international customers, internal departments, and production teams, the successful candidate will play an integral role in delivering high-quality products on time and to specification.
Main responsibilities
- Confirm that all necessary forms have been sent to the business and verify their accuracy
- Cross-check internal systems to ensure all forms are received and business setup is accurate
- Gather detailed information regarding customer-specific requirements, including product titles, localisation needs (single or multiple languages), localised stickering requirements, UK product with localised stickers, and safety and compliance regulations for various regions
- Collaborate with the design team to obtain necessary files and share them with customers, providing clear instructions, technical support if needed, and deadline details
- Address any customer queries regarding design files and ensure necessary adjustments based on feedback
- Transfer finalised design files to the production team for processing
- Send plotters to customers for final review and approval, communicate approvals to the production team, and confirm with customers once printing is authorised
- Coordinate translations with external providers (e.g., freelance translators) and arrange translated files for Publishing and Production teams
- Work with third-party translation companies, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver on schedule
- Raise invoices and track payments for third-party translation services
- Gather customer marketing requirements, including asset files, videos, and other promotional materials, and provide necessary marketing assets
Skills & Experience
- Experience using the Adobe suite - Acrobat and InDesign
- Experience creating, correcting and supplying printer files desirable
- Attention to detail
