Junior Product Developer
Purpose of the Role
The role of theJunior Product Developer is to support our Product Development team in bringing innovative products from idea to reality. Working closely with experienced Product Developers, suppliers and cross-functional teams you will help manage product specifications, costs, timelines and data. The role is designed to help you learn and develop your knowledge and experience through hands-on work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Supporting the Product Development team at creative briefings
- Helping prepare and maintain clear, accurate product specifications
- Assisting with supplier communication, costings and schedules
- Supporting purchase order preparation and handover to Procurement and Production
- Liaising with Publishing, Sales, Production and Shipping teams to resolve queries
- Tracking product dummies, approvals and development timelines
- Maintaining accurate product data across internal systems
- Supporting sustainability and compliance checks
- Helping troubleshoot day-to-day product or supplier issues
- Contributing to continuous improvement of team processes
